2.  The First Conditional (Type 1) 現在或未來可能成為事實的條件句
The first conditional, often called “real conditional”, is a structure used when there is a possibility that the result will occur in the present or in the future if certain conditions are met. 

For example:

現在可能成為事實的 (Present Real Conditional)

If the stock market keeps falling, I will move all my assets to fixed investment.

We will host an outdoor party if the weather is good.

If you finish your meal, I will give you a treat.

未來可能成為事實的 (Future Real Conditional)

I am going to the water park if the weather is good tomorrow.

It is raining now.  I wish he would show up with an umbrella.
