Memories live on
A poem dedicated to my father-in-law and to those who lost their love ones
Written by Elisa English
On 7/2/10 in Minneapolis
You look so serene
As if asleep
Surrounding you are all your children
For which you have nothing to weep
Death is just a part of life
Yet, memories a part of living
There is so much to thank for
For a life allowing us to explore
For the time given to all of us
For the precious memories we possess
Life goes on
Memories live on
And legacy passed on
