中文裡的 十幾 二十幾 三十幾 通常怎麼說

It depends. 

1. 我有十幾張信用卡.

I have about ten credit cards. 

I have ten or so credit cards. 

I have between ten to twenty credit cards.

2. 二十幾年前,我遇見了Julie.

Twenty some years ago, I met Julie.

About twenty years ago, I met Julie.

Between twenty to thirty years ago, I met Julie

3. Helen 是個三十幾歲嫵媚的淑女

Helen is a thirty-something attractive lady 

Helen is an attractive lady who is thirty some years old.

Helen is an attractive lady, between thirty to forty years old.

NB. The word "about", "or so" can mean it is above or below but close to the number.
