We frogs frequently debate what it takes to “move the needle” and make a difference in the market. To move the needle, we need to create a product that champions change. We need to create a hero.
I'm very, very interested in the kind of work that moves the needle. It's about outcomes, not activities. You do the things that drive revenue, drive membership. You do the things that make a difference for your business.
What I want is to move the needle: I want to make a change or add a feature that materially improves our site.
