台灣目前急需要國際救難隊包括直升機、國際優秀的救難人員

"親自"來協助，刻不容緩，需先把受困災民救出安全的地方，而不是總統馬英九今天8/13號說的金援、或其他大型機具，這幾天官員的行為，人民已經無法在信任目前馬政府處理重大危機的能力，當然包括目前最重要的與國際交涉救災事宜的能力，深怕時間一分一秒流逝，受困災民一個一個消失！

Taiwan urgently needs international rescue teams, including helicopter troops and outstanding international rescue workers to provide aid in the disaster areas, rather than the monetary support or rescuing equipments which President Ma Ying-jeou stated in his 8/13’s speech.  There is no time to wait, as we need to quickly move the trapped victims to a safe place.  From the recent government behavior, Taiwanese can no longer trust the ability of the Ma government to handle major crises.  This includes the foremost important ability to request international rescue assistance.  We are afraid that time is running out and the trapped victims will die one by one.

 

We urgently need your help.  Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
