“As follows” or “As follow”?

 

No matter what follows, the phrase is always “as (it) follows” because “as follows” means “as what is listed next” or “as in the list that follows”.

 

For example:

The restrictions are as follows:

1.  No loitering in the park

2. No skateboarding on the sidewalk

3. No graffiti in the restrooms
