Someone has mistaken this poem to be Shakepeare's.  Not all well-written poems or famous quotes came from Shakespeare.  I think that this is a pretty good poem and would like to share it with you.  I tried to translate it into Chinese.   The translation is very close to what was translated by others.  Maybe not as beautiful.

This is one of my earlier translations when I first started answering questions in Yahoo Knowledge in March 2008.  I would like to share it with you all.

There are fourteen lines in a Shakespearean sonnet. The first twelve lines are divided into three quatrains with four lines each. In the three quatrains the poet establishes a theme or problem and then resolves it in the final two lines, called the couplet. The rhyme scheme of the quatrains is abab cdcd efef. The couplet has the rhyme scheme gg.

I have been answering Yahoo questions for about 5 months.  Something I feel sad about Yahoo Knowledge is not mainly the deletion rule but the power of fan system.  The sadness of that is the blindness of the fans, who only vote for the people instead of for the accuracy of the answers. 

Some have hundreds of fans and when it is time for voting, these fans will vote for them regardless of how obviously wrong the answer is.  Even when the other answerer has valid references backing up his/her answers such as from the English dictionary or the prestige grammar websites from American Universities, the wrong answers still got picked.  

This is just a literal translation without portraying the true meaning behind the original verses.

Your resume has to sell you in short order.  It needs to stand out quickly among the hundreds of resumes your potential employers would be reviewing.  An effective resume focuses clearly on a specific job title and addresses the employer’s stated requirements for the position.
